Cost & Timing of Transcripts Requests

• Unofficial transcripts are free of charge.
• Official transcripts are $5.00 to cover the cost of printing and postage.
• We process transcript requests as soon as possible and no later than one week after the receipt of your request.

Process to Submit Your Requests

To request a transcript(s), please complete the transcript request form and choose one of the following ways to submit your form to our Registrar’s Office.

NOTE: If you are paying by check via standard mail, please make the check out to St. Joseph School of Nursing.
